Launched in 2025 and shaped largely through the care and labor of Glenn Shaheen and Zeyn Joukhadar, RAWI’s Bookshop.org list has grown into an archive of more than 700 titles by SWANA writers from across our community. It’s a living, expanding record of our collective work—past, present, and still unfolding.
Every purchase on Bookshop.org supports independent booksellers—and 10% of each sale also comes back to RAWI to help fund our programs and sustain this work.
If you would like to see your book added to this list, contact us with its ISBN number. At present, we can only add books with an ISBN number.
Reading Groups
Sign up with your email address to receive news and updates. RAWI hopes to add virtual and regional reading groups led by RAWI members. If you are interested in leading one of these groups, we’d love to hear from you.

Microgrants
RAWI members can request mini grants of up to $500 for regional events such as reading series, panels, and local gatherings
Mentorship
Support for emerging Arab and SWANA writers based in the United States as well as abroad, funded by community donations.
